Our central location right in the heart of the Europa Sport Region makes us an ideal starting point for all your activities. We are only 2 minutes away from the lake and the town centre. In summer numerous walking paths and bike trails start at our doorstep. In addition, we are pleased to be able to offer you a 30% reduction in green fees at both 18-hole golf courses in Zell am See and further reductions at other courses in the area through the Golf-Alpin-Card. In winter we are right at the slopes - you don’t need a ski bus and you have a free and secure parking space right in front of the house.

By train: Exit the ticket hall of the train station, turn left and walk up the small hill. At the crossroads, cross straight over onto Skiliftstrasse and we are directly ahead on the left. It is only a 2-minute walk.
