Suites have a large balcony facing to the south, with a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains. In summer all prices include the Zell am See Card (between 15 May and 15 October).

Hotel Policies:

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child from 10 to 15 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 10.00 per person per night.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
