The summer highlight is our own private beach on Lake Zell, while in winter, the hotel is located directly on the slopes, near the cable car and close to the ski lifts for beginners.

Design, tradition and children are not contradictory terms, because we see design as a philosophy, combining modern, simple elements with the traditional architectural style of the Alps. But if you are looking for pure, cool individualistic design, then amiamo is not the place for you. We attach great importance to the fact that children and adults should enjoy the same degree of well-being. And from experience we know that children feel best when dimensions, colours, shapes and materials are on a human scale, well-balanced and natural. Childrens and adults will enjoy our spa centre with a heated sluice pool and sparkling beds, an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna with relaxation zone and a solarium, as well as a massage and beauty studio.

From impressive three-thousanders to lush mountain pastures and the majestic Lake Zell, this town offers everything that makes any visitor's heart jump. Here, where life pulsates in the small, winding streets, holiday becomes a unique experience. Lake Zell, known for its drinking water quality, invites you for a plunge in summer. From the Schmittenhöhe, one of the most beautiful panorama mountains in Austria, you look out over the impressive summits of the Hohe Tauern and the mountain town of Zell am See nestling between these mountains and the lake.

From Germany: Motorway Munich - Salzburg (A8), exit Siegsdorf. Turn right in the direction of Zell am See via Inzell - Lofer - Saalfelden. Before entering Zell am See, go through the tunnel and turn right at the end. After approx. 330 metres turn right at the traffic light. 100 metres past the Areit ski lift at the left-hand side you will find the sign to the hotel access road. You don't need an Austrian toll ticket ("Vignette"). From southern and eastern Austria: Tauern motorway (A10), exit Bischofshofen. Expressway in the direction of Zell am See via St.Johann -Schwarzach. In Zell am See go straight ahead after the second roundabout in the direction of Mittersill (don't enter the tunnel). 50 metres past the 90° left corner and 100 metres before the Areit ski lift you will find the hotel access road. From Italy, Switzerland and western Austria: Inntal motorway (A12) exit Wörgl Ost. Follow direction St.Johann i.T., via Fieberbrunn to Saalfelden. Turn right on the roundabout to Zell am See. Before entering the village drive through the tunnel and turn right at the end. After approx. 330 metres turn right at the traffic light. 100 metres past the Areit ski lift at the left-hand side you will find the sign to the hotel access road.
