The Hotel Alexander enjoys a very quiet location close to the city centre in Vienna’s ninth district, directly opposite the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Combining an intimate atmosphere with the flair of a modern, town, the hotel is easily accessible by public transportation. Spittelau underground station (lines U4 and U6) is only a 5-minute walk away. The tramway line D heading to the city centre stops nearby, about 100 metres from the hotel. At the hotel, underground parking is available to our guests. We recommend that reservations be made early.

By public transport: Underground lines U4 and U6, tramway line D. From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof): Take tramway line D and get off at Augasse. From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof): Take underground line U6 towards Floridsdorf, get off at Spittelau, take exit Wirtschaftsuniversität, turn right on to the next street, go to Liechtenwerder Platz and turn left at the traffic lights on to Augasse (approx. a 5-minute walk).
