Thanks to its position at 1200 m above sea level in the heart of the "Olympiaregion" Seefeld is the ideal training area for people who are into endurance sports. Be it (cross country) skiing in winter or tennis, golf or (nordic) walking in summer - everybody finds his way of staying healthy and fit in Seefeld.
Seefeld became known internationally as scene of the nordic competitions of the Winter Olympics 1964 and 1976, the nordic ski championship in 1985 and the yearly Nordic combined cross country World Cup.
HOTEL INFORMATION
We take new paths – even when it comes to architecture. Glass, an intentionally modest interior and an ever-clear view provide a very special transparency in the newly designed area. The spa wellness area offers pure relaxation. The panoramic sauna, Roman steam bath and hot whirlpool will warm you up in the most pleasant and soothing of ways.
Competency in Movement
An experienced team of doctors and therapists are here to advise and treat you in a relaxed holiday atmosphere, paying particular attention to problems affecting the whole musculoskeletal system.
Classic medicine, alternative methods or a combination of the two – comprehensive methods of diagnosis and subsequent therapies personally tailored to suit your needs will relieve pain and promote a complete recovery.
AREA INFORMATION
In Seefeld, tradition and modernity have never been contradictory. For decades now a balance between an idyllic Tyrolean village atmosphere and tourist infrastructure has been preserved to the content of locals and regular guests.
Skiers will love the well-groomed pistes around the Rosshütte mountain hut and the Gschwandtkopf. Cross-country skiers are also very well catered for: a 262 kilometre-long network of cross-country tracks winds it way through the region, sometimes with up to four lanes next to each other. And for particularly ambitious skaters, 60 kilometres are prepared especially. And what else is there to get you going? Among other things, snow rafting, tobogganing, riding, ice skating and curling are possible.
And in summer? Golfers' hearts beat faster at the sight of the 18-hole Seefeld-Wildmoos golf course, set in the middle of a nature reserve, while tennis players can practise their serves at the World Championship hall or in the club. Water lovers will enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, not to mention the Wildsee and Möserer See lakes. With all its huts and mountain pastures, Seefeld is a hiking paradise with 650 kilometres of hiking trails. Also climbers geht their foothold, Nordic Walkers their routes and mountain bikers their trails – all signposted of course.

Of course we ought to reserve some time for catching up on our beauty sleep, but it really is well worth dropping into the Lammkeller bar for a little music and exercise (dancing). Here, in this stylish ambiance, it's easy to forget time for a while. The lounge bar is the perfect place for having a chat, philosophizing and just feeling fine.
