Hotel Das Moser - Bad Hofgastein

The traditional, 700-year-old Hotel Das Moser, the former summer palace of the Archbishops of Salzburg, is located in the pedestrian zone in the charming centre of Bad Hofgastein. The rooms (smoking and non-smoking) are elegantly furnished in the classic Austrian style and offer a historical ambience with antique furniture. Most of the rooms feature a balcony or a loggia. The restaurant "Wintergarten" and the Moserkeller bar welcome you with the finest Austrian cuisine and excellent wines. The medieval vaults (the former wine cellar) now house the spa area with its impressive thermal pool (31°C), relaxation grotto, sauna, treatment room and solarium.

The Gastein Valley offers countless sports and health activities: a thermal spa, golf, skiing, mountain biking, Nordic walking, tennis, swimming and the famous spa therapies, such as radon treatment.

Our restaurant is specialized in Austrian cuisine and offers a smoking and a non-smoking section. A large wine cellar with a great variety of excellent wines is also available. Our house bar is well known for its fine digestifs and aperitifs. Cuban cigars are also sold.
